Friendly staff, but noisy nights
During my stay, the front desk staff proved helpful multiple times, especially when my tour pickup time changed unexpectedly. They reached out to the tour company for me with a friendly demeanor.
Sadly, the noise on weekend nights from the main road was distracting—drag racing echoed through the hallways. Additionally, the breakfast options were quite limited, leaving much to be desired.

Here’s what works – and what doesn’t
The staff are friendly and accommodating, especially in stressful situations, ensuring your needs are met quickly. Breakfast options are consistent and timely, providing a good start to the day.
The shower had great water pressure, but the breakfast was disappointing with limited choices and lack of vegetarian options. The single room I initially received was quite small and uncomfortable.

The location is fantastic, right near the bus station and central Punta Arenas. The staff are extremely helpful, making the check-in process easy and answering all my questions promptly. The hot water in the shower had great pressure, which was a nice way to start the day. While the room was cozy and clean, I found it to be quite dated. The street noise was a bit much on weekend nights, as I could hear cars and drag racing from my room. Breakfast options were pretty limited, just basic bread, ham, and cheese without many choices. I felt the breakfast really wasn’t worth it, especially for those with dietary restrictions. Overall, the hotel provided a good base for exploring the area, but improvements on the breakfast and updating the decor would enhance the experience significantly.

We had an amazing time exploring the nearby ski slopes and took a day trip to visit the stunning glaciers. The hotel had a classy vibe and a great breakfast served in a lovely café with street views, making it a perfect start to our adventures. The staff were friendly, and the overall experience was fantastic. Definitely a great pick for a group getaway!
Rooms can be a bit noisy since some face the streets, which might disturb your sleep. It didn't bother us too much, but if you're a light sleeper, consider asking for a quieter room.
